WE CAN REPRESENT YOU AS A SELLER IF YOU ENTER INTO A LISTING AGREEMENT FOR US TO SELL YOUR HOME OR A BUYER IF YOU ENTER INTO A BUYERS REPRESENTATION AGREEMENT FOR US TO HELP YOU FIND A HOME.

WE CAN ACT AS AN INTERMEDIARY IF YOU AS A BUYER WANT TO BUY A HOME WE HAVE LISTED FOR A SELLER.  AS AN INTERMEDIARY, GLEN REID, OUR BROKER, CAN APPOINT AN AGENT TO REPRESENT THE SELLER AND AN AGENT TO REPRESENT THE BUYER AND BOTH AGENTS CAN GIVE ADVICE TO THEIR PARTY IN THE TRANSACTION.  IF YOU CHOOSE TO HAVE YOUR AGENT CONTINUE TO WORK FOR YOU INSTEAD THAT AGENT BECOMES AN INTERMEDIARY AND  THE AGENT WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GIVE YOU ADVICE OR OPINIONS.  THE AGENT WOULD BE ABLE TO GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS AND GET THE TRANSACTION CLOSED AS USUAL.

WE ADVISE ALL REAL ESTATE BUYERS TO HAVE A TITLE OPINION PREPARED BY AN ATTORNEY OR PURCHASE TITLE INSURANCE WHEN PURCHASING REAL ESTATE.
